Supplies Needed
- White paper
- Yellow and black tissue paper
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Black paint
Instructions
- Fold your paper into a cylinder and then cut the top so it is rounded for the head.
- Cut the tissue paper into rectangles rounded on one end.
- Glue the tissue paper pieces down in rows - one row of yellow, one row or black, etc.
- Glue strips of tissue paper to the underside of the paper for streamers.
- Roll the paper back into a cylinder and tape it closed.
