Supplies Needed
- Tissue paper
- String
- Pipe cleaners
Instructions
- Stack multiple sheets or tissue paper on top of each other.
- You can use all the same color or mix the colors.
- Accordion fold the paper from one end to the other.
- Tie a string around and then cut the edges.
- Fluff the pieces of paper into a flower by pulling them into the center.
- Use a pipe cleaner as the stem.
