Supplies Needed
- Cardstock
- Black marker
- Tissue paper
- Glue or glue stick
Instructions
- Cut your cardstock in half and draw out your ballerina.
- Color it in with black marker.
- Gather you tissue paper and glue it to the paper to create the tutu.
