Supplies Needed
- Balloon
- Scissors
- Googly eyes
- Yarn
- Flour or baking soda
Instructions
- Funnel flour or baking soda into your balloon.
- Tie off your balloon.
- Layer the yarn and tie it around the balloon.
- If you want, you can cut off the end of the balloon past the knot.
- Add some googly eyes to complete your stress ball.
