Supplies Needed
- Different colored paper
- Scissors
- Glue
Instructions
- Fold your paper and cut a half circle out. This is the base.
- Cut out the rest of the shapes of the boat that you want in the colors you want.
- Glue your boat together.
- When you put the base down on the table, it will rock.
