Supplies Needed
- Construction paper
- Rice
- Paper towel roll
- Rubber bands
Instructions
- Cut two circles and some "scrap" from your paper.
- Secure a circle over one end of the paper towel roll with a rubber band.
- Insert your "scrap" paper into the roll. Add the rice.
- Secure the second circle over the other end of the paper towel roll.
- Decorate the roll as you like.
As you tip the roll in each direction the sound of the rainstick occurs as the rice works it way through the scrap paper.
