Supplies Needed
- Two pipe cleaners
- One popsicle stick
- Googly eyes
- Glue
Instructions
- Bend one pipe cleaner into wings.
- Bend the other pipe clearner around the popsicle stick.
- Add the wings to the popsicle stick and glue on the eyes.
