Supplies Needed
- Square sheets of colored paper - 3 colors
- Scissors
Instructions
- Fold the papers in half and stack them together.
- Cut a strip off one end so you have one strip of each color.
- Fold the strips as shown in the video and weave them together.
- Bend all the strips up so you have a point to spin the paper on.
