The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and
the Wardrobe Tops $500M
The
Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the
Wardrobe
has become one of the most popular kid’s movies of all time.nbsp; The movie’s box office revenue is
over $500M worldwide. The
movie is based on the classic C.S. Lewis novel of the same name.nbsp; The Lion, the Witch, and the
Wardrobe tells the story
of Edmund, Lucy, Peter, and Susanne.
During World War II they are sent off to live in the country with
an eccentric professor. With
not much to do the children struggle to stay entertained until they
stumble across a whole new world inside a wardrobe.nbsp; The world is called Narnia and it
is filled with talking animals of all types including the King of Narnia,
Aslan, who is a talking lion.
Peter falls under the spell of the evil White Witch who claims to
be the queen of Narnia and conspires against his brother and sisters.nbsp; We won’t tell you the rest, but
suffice it to say that the ending is exciting and the special effects live
up to the great imagination of the story.
